Week of April 26th Updates!

Hello students,

MODULE 12 and Module 13 will be closed off completely by Monday, May 3rd at 11pm. Also, 12-week progress report grades will be mailed out to you soon. We are on our last 6 weeks of the semester. I gave you a 2-week break from Daily Assignments and I hope you enjoyed it. They are back now!

I have added 2 lessons and 7 assignments to complete this week: Lesson 13-01 – Finding Podcasts, Lesson 13-02 – Creating Podcasts , Daily Assignment 1 - DUE Monday April 26th, Daily Assignment 2 - DUE Tuesday April 27th, Daily Assignment 3 - DUE Wednesday April 28th, Daily Assignment 4 - DUE Thursday April 29th, Daily Assignment 5 - DUE Friday April 30th, Assignment 13-01 - DUE May 2nd, Assignment 13-02 - DUE May 2nd. We are starting Module 13 this week which covers Podcasting.

Hello students,

MODULE 12 is due in its entirety by: SUNDAY, APRIL 25TH at 11:00pm.

I have added 2 lessons and 2 assignments to complete this week: Lesson 12-03 - Mashups Resource, Assignment 12-03 - DUE April 25th , Lesson 12-04 - Digital Storytelling Resource, Assignment 12-04 - DUE April 25th. We are continuing Module 12 this week which covers Flickr, Image Generators and Digital Storytelling.

Week of April 12th Updates!

Hello students,

We had a good time at Big Hat Days this past weekend! I did notice that not one Technology student volunteered to be in our school booth. You got a second chance to earn some extra credit this upcoming weekend at Vintage Days at Fresno State. It is a fun experience to get to talk to people and give away free stuff. Contact me if you are interested.

I am also giving our class a break on Daily Assignments this week (they will return next Monday). Most of you have done a great job turning them in. You will still have 2 lessons and 2 assignments to complete this week: Lesson 12-01 - Flickr and Photo Sharing Resource, Assignment 12-01 - DUE April 18th, Lesson 12-02 - Image Generators Resource, Assignment 12-02 - DUE April 18th. We are starting Module 12 this week which covers Flickr, Image Generators and Digital Storytelling.

Hello Students,

Some of you have been trying to figure out your grade on Moodle. Don't worry about the grades on Moodle. Those are not your actual grades and are incorrect. Progress report grades are what you need to be concerned about. Also, spring break is right around the corner and I hope you enjoy it!

6-week grades have been submitted. Some of you have started off strongly this semester and some need improvement. This semester requires you not fall behind, as modules will be closing at certain dates. Make sure to always look on the top of the modules for this info. Keep current and your grade will reflect it.

MODULE 9 is due in its entirety by: SUNDAY, MARCH 14th at 11:00pm. No late work will be accepted after this date for this module.
